Summary

We interact with people from all backgrounds, dealing with unknown trauma and mental health concerns.  This session will focus on techniques to improve how we interact with people daily to prevent escalation and also discuss where to draw the line when the behaviors we see are more than what is allowed.  Real-life examples will be used, and strategies for de-escalation will be given.
